Welcome to ong77, an online betting platform operating in Malaysia. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ong77 Gaming Sdn. Bhd. ("ong77", "we", "the Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by ong77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Rules, which form part of this agreement.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years to register and use ong77's services. ong77 does not permit underage individuals under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there is any doubt.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ong77 account. This includes the use of a single name, phone number, email address, and payment method. Holding multiple accounts in your own name, a family member's name, or using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. ong77 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member. Any changes to personal details must be updated via the account profile section or by contacting customer support.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Ong77 supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same ong77 member.
• Ong77 does not accept third-party deposits or payments made through anonymous methods.
• Deposits that fail to process due to the bank or e-wallet provider are not the responsibility of ong77.
• If a deposit has been successfully deducted from your account but does not appear in your ong77 balance after 30 minutes, please contact support with proof of the transaction.

4Fund Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and the maximum varies by VIP tier. Bronze and Silver members are processed within 1–4 hours, Gold members within 30–60 minutes, and Diamond VIP members within 5 minutes. Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the last deposit or one that has been verified in the member's name.
• Ong77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC/passport) prior to approving your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 10,000.
• Any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. Members may choose to forfeit the bonus and proceed with withdrawing their principal balance only.
• Ong77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security investigation purposes. The investigation period shall not exceed 72 hours unless a complex fraud case is detected.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ong77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods stated in their respective promotion terms.

5.1 General Bonus Principles

• Every ong77 bonus has a clearly stated rollover requirement (for example, a 20x rollover means you must wager 20 times the bonus value before withdrawing any winnings derived from that bonus).
• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only. Any abuse or attempt to claim duplicate bonuses will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Winnings from free spins or free bets are subject to their own rollover requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Ong77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The ong77 welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. The minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome bonus is RM 30. The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

6Sports Betting Rules

This section governs the use of the ong77 Sports Betting platform, covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, tennis, NBA basketball, e-sports, and other listed sports.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

• All bets are considered valid and final once confirmation is received by the ong77 system.
• Bets accepted before a match begins are considered valid even if there are changes to the team line-up.
• Bets accepted after a match has started (except for valid live betting) will be voided and the stake refunded.

6.2 Match Cancellation & Suspension

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a football match is suspended before the 90th minute (except where additional time is required to determine the winner), ong77 will wait up to 12 hours. If the match is not resumed, any unresolved bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For badminton, tennis, and other racket sport matches, if a player retires before the match concludes, bets on the match outcome will be voided unless the result has already been determined.

6.3 Odds & Odds Changes

Ong77 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, the odds at that point are final, regardless of any subsequent changes. For live betting, odds fluctuate according to match developments, and ong77 is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from real-time odds changes.

7Slots & Live Casino Rules

7.1 Slot Games

All slot games on ong77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and certified. Each spin outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous spins. The Return-to-Player (RTP) for each slot is stated in its respective game information.

• Any technical failure during a spin will result in that spin being voided and the wager amount refunded.
• Progressive jackpots are processed in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. ong77 is not responsible for any delays in jackpot processing on the provider's end.

7.2 Live Casino

Ong77's live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. All disputes relating to Live Casino game outcomes will be referred to the match video recordings kept by the provider. The provider's decision is final.

8Poker Rules

Poker on ong77 is a player-versus-player (PvP) game. ong77 acts as the platform operator and collects a rake from each pot as a service fee.

• The use of bots, automated assistance software, or any third-party tools that aid decision-making during poker is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — where two or more players share card information to gain an unfair advantage — is a serious violation. Accounts found to be involved in collusion will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.
• Chip dumping (intentionally transferring chips to another player) is strictly prohibited.
• Ong77 employs an automated detection system to identify suspicious betting patterns. All decisions made by the ong77 integrity team are final.

9Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for the security of your ong77 account password and login credentials. ong77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, disregard it and report it to us immediately.

9.1 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password for your ong77 account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not log in to your ong77 account over public Wi-Fi without a VPN.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ong77 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other method to exploit the ong77 system.
• Attempting to bypass, hack, or attack ong77's technical infrastructure.
• Using a credit card or payment method that is stolen or belongs to another person without authorisation.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game.
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering.
• Distributing obscene, threatening, or defamatory content on the ong77 platform or through its communication channels.

11Liability Limits

Ong77 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of:

• Internet service disruptions, server failures, or technical issues beyond ong77's control.
• Betting outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
• Financial losses arising from use of the platform beyond limits the user has set for themselves.
• Actions by third parties such as game providers, banks, or e-wallet providers that are beyond ong77's control.

Ong77's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments to These Terms

Ong77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect, via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the ong77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your ong77 account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendments take effect.
